Contributing to the O’Connell Children’s Shelter – Festival of Trees has become a tradition for the Lawrence Model Railroad Club. This is the 2nd year that the club has contributed items to create a cheerful and uplifting Christmas creation to be auctioned off at the annual Festival of Trees. Proceeds from ticket sales and the auction are given to the O’Connell Children’s Shelter to help ensure the continued support for young people and that every young person deserves a bright future.
The LMRC encourages everyone to visit the O’Connell Children’s Shelter – Festival of Trees. Its an experience like no other, full of Christmas joy and creativity coming together to spread the joy of the season and joy of giving for a good cause.
